Here is a part blackbone part KM 2 speed setup, blackbone layshaft, blackbone clutch bell, KM spur and carrier.

So the best of both worlds when it comes to 2 speed setup for the baja, the KM carrier runs fully on bearings where as the blackbone carrier uses a plastic spacer that are known to be a weak point.

Comes as picture includes 3 new spare bearings costing £30 and a bearing install tool.
